 I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the Jobboom homepage, click on the word Employers at the top right-hand side of the page. This will bring up employer log-in page. Next to the word "Password", you'll see a small link that says "Lost your password?" Click on this link.

Follow the instructions in the new window that pops up.

Next time you log in, check the box marked "Save file number and password".



 How can I change my e-mail address on the Jobboom site?

On the Jobboom homepage, click on the word Employers at the top right-hand side of the page. This will bring up employer log-in page. Log in using your file number and password.

Click on the Employer File tab. Now you can make changes to your file. When you are finished, click Save at the bottom of the page.



 I get an error message when I try to register. What's wrong?

To access the Jobboom site, you need Netscape or Internet Explorer 4.0 or later, with Java and Javascript enabled.



 Can my computer be infected by a virus through the data you send me?

The information that Jobboom sends is very safe. However, you should know that downloading documents you receive by e-mail is not always safe. At Jobboom, you only run a risk when you download a candidate's personal resumé (resumés created using the Jobboom template are entirely safe). Please let us know if any information you receive from a candidate causes problems with your computer.
